Refund & Billing Policy

This policy explains how billing, subscriptions and refunds are handled on HireEdge.

1. Billing

HireEdge offers one-time purchases and subscription plans. Prices and features are shown on the Pricing page at purchase time.

2. One-time purchases

One-time Career Pack purchases are usually non-refundable once AI outputs have been generated.

3. Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions renew automatically.
  • You may cancel anytime before the next billing date.
  • Cancellation takes effect at period end.

4. Refunds

Refunds are assessed case-by-case in line with consumer law. If charged in error, contact support.
